Guest Policies – Staycation at “PuraVida”
Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 1:00 PM
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport) at check-in.
- International guests must present a valid passport and visa.
Occupancy Policy
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests or children beyond the allowed limit.
- Maximum occupancy limits must be strictly followed.
Outside Visitors
- Permitted only between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Overnight visitors are allowed only if pre-registered at check-in.
Use of Property & Conduct
- No pets allowed.
- Strictly no smoking indoors; violations will attract penalties.
- Any damage or misuse of property will be charged at actual replacement/repair cost.
- Kindly ensure all items and furnishings are returned to their original place after use.
- Children must be supervised at all times – their safety remains the guest’s responsibility.
Staff & Services
- Staff is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Runner or personal errand services are not provided.
Energy & Environment
- Guests are encouraged to use electricity mindfully.
- Please support our efforts to conserve energy and maintain sustainability.
Food & Beverage
- A self-service kitchen and a welcome basket will be provided.
Security & Surveillance
- Common areas are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for guest safety.
- Please report any suspicious or emergency situations immediately.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full or partial charges as per booking terms.
